An enthusiastic group of alumni from the Peruvian German School Augusto Weberbauer asked us to organize their trip for their 38 years of graduation. They wanted something personalized, unique and tailored to their expectations. Being a group that usually travels, we could not offer them an ordinary destination, so we focused on giving them what they «didn’t expect.»
Initially, four days of holidays in December were the tentative dates for this adventure with friends, but the Christmas holidays and the vacations of those who live abroad did not ensure the participation of several of the group, so we postponed it to Easter in 2026. This is how we were also able to generate all the conditions so that the destination was a place that had not received groups like this before; a private estate with impressive pre-Inca ruins in the Urubamba River valley, near Aguas Calientes, on the route to Machu Picchu.
Little by little we were preparing everything necessary so that lifelong friends, with their partners and children, were ready so that, on the chosen date, they take their suitcases and venture to this magical, spectacular and above all, almost unknown place for Peruvians and foreigners. The Qente Farm is a private farm with up to 9 pre-Inca archaeological remains whose owners are a charming family.
It was 4 days of total conceit; the food, the treatment, the excursions, the details, everything was perfect and tailored to spend an unforgettable long weekend in a place that they loved. “Total” thanks to the Zavaleta family for their hospitality, their affection and their attention to detail towards the group. We do not doubt that from this trip there will be other groups like this who want to be part of an experience that only the Qente farm can offer them. See you next time!
